- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We stayed at the Glan Neigr in Aug 2009. Whilst I had eaten there previously I never had stayed. I cannot fault the accommodation it was clean and the room large. But I was misquoted on the phone and then this was denied when I came to check out. I had tried to email my booking but the email was down so I had nothing to fall back on and had to pay the overcharged amount which has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. We were not told anything about the times for breakfast or offered any information about anything. The food was suberb but the service terrible and the staff are not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this for anyone to stay and only eat there if you want good food but with terrible and unorganised service!!By Admin, June 28, 2018
